The Leap Year

This is a 4 years once day, 29th February :)

This year kind of unforgettable experience for me, cos I went to pluck out my right lower wisdom tooth

now I am -2wisdom .

Dr Danny is so good, that except when injecting the local anaesthesia, I basically got no feeling during the whole procedure. I can feel how is it like to be the patient.. hearing the nurses doing time out, smelling and hearing things and having head drape over half of my head.

Very very grateful to Amanda who woke up @5am+ so she could accompany me:)

So the whole morning + afternoon I've been giving her treats to show my appreciation... I'm so touched and its so nice of her! :')

So today its leap year.. I decided to watch a movie on my own. wanted to watch this... but can't find it.

:(

I know its a old movie but I haven't watch it!

Ended up settled for this.... 

I think its kind of not very relevant to the leap year..

but okay, still nice :)

Great Leap Year People!

My Canon is declared "blind" yesterday.. Don't know what happened :( It was still okay on Saturday night.. Then when I tried to switch it on last night to take photo.. The lens just made some funny noises and then stucked there -.- I still can view the photos inside my memory card from the camera but can't take any more photos. Warranty is over already! :'(

It had been a good old 1 year and 7 months + with it. Good thing is Jr got same Canon as me, and he's not using it so I can use his but its ORANGE! :P

Little things @ work.

Although I slept late the night before, I felt so energetic in the morning! @ Angio-vascular theatre today, all the heavy lead gowns, guidewires, stents, balloons, contrast, dilutions, fast pace, non stop etc drew all my energy away. By the end of my shift, I'm half beat. Dozed off everywhere I went to.

But little things during the shift just made my day a little better :) Being recognized at work, the very interesting sticker and all the smileys on the contrast caps.

Find something/someone that makes you smile everyday and you will feel happy no matter how tired you were. ☺

Its quite fun but the weather was superb hot that day, my back got tanned!! Business is ok.. after minus the rental, cab fares and meal cost I only earned maybe $10+??!?! lol. Okay, for the experience!

Valentines' 2012 part II

After work, I received a sms from Jr. Asking me to wait for him.. Then I know that this silly boy actually planned a surprise for me but was late to come & find me.

Out popped a three roses bouquet, a valentines' message and then a rocher bouquet♥ then we talked over mac supper.

This year's someone did make me smile☺

Valentines' 2012

I was thinking how did I spent my 2011 Valentines. Read my 2011 feb 14 post and realized I worked afternoon shift on last Valentines TOO!!!! :o

Why is my Valentines so boring although I am attached?! :/ I remembered when I was still single, I will wrap little presents and distribute to all my single friends. Its so much joy and fun during the wrapping process and seeing the smiles on their faces when you gave it to them.

After I am attached, I depended on my another half for the joy and fun. But I realized my another half like to say, "Everyday is Valentines' day if you want. Don't need to wait till 14th Feb" which means my Valentines' Day is going to be just like a normal day.

I don't want a big wuha dinner and/or present. I just want to have a simple dinner on the account of the special day. Simple dinner can be just a bubble tea and snack or anything you can afford. No need 99 roses or big teddy bear, a small simple handmade card can make me smile. Why is it so hard? :(

So I've decided: Next year Valentines'.. I am going to request for either morning shift or off day on 14/02/2013, wrap little gifts like the past and give them out to anyone I will see on that day. No longer waiting for anyone to make my Valentines' day special.

I shall make others' Valentines' day better :)
