But ordering my food is quite bad.. I use my hands to show no 10 on the signboard then signal "ta bao"(take away) then point here and there, whatever the uncle asked, I just nod or shake my head. Lucky the uncle is nice enough.. But then I can see he is trying hard not to laugh out loud. -.-

The importance of voice

I still remember once I went to work with a bad throat and almost no voice.

I was scrubbed up and wanted to ask for something... normally a few seconds task took me a few more minutes. First is to get the circulating nurse attention, then is to say out what I want, with the horrible voice I had, and they cant hear or understand me. haha.

it was horrible.

And tomorrow I have to experience it all over again.. cos the bad throat is back.

The Make up Post

Nope, its not going to be a post that teach you how to make up. ha ha. I am not that professional. But its a post about make up. I saw some people commenting about make up being fake, how different a person is without make up, make up=mask, faker etc. And I decided to do a post to speak up about people who make up.

Yes, I do looked different with and without makeup. But if I looked the same, why do I even bother to make up? -.- That's the purpose right, to look prettier :)

To me, make up is a confidence booster. (:

I don't have a perfect skin complexion so I depend on make up to give me a even tone & to cover up my pimple(s) & scars. I do like the comfortable feeling without make up but I will rather feel pretty than comfortable. Its my face.. my decision. Unless you are the lucky ones, who has a better complexion or/and have high dose of confidence. Lucky you :)

Those who wore make-up are fakers? Wearing mask?

Then I will dare those people, who think that way, not to put any makeup during their wedding or any special occasion(s). Don't need to look your best, Be true to yourself and others.

And those who wore make-up will never bluff others that they are not wearing any make up.. cos its obvious that they are. So what is so fake about doing make up?

Make ups do make wonder, don't you agree?
Some rely on it for their double eyelids. Some rely on them for their prettier eyes. Some rely on them for a better skin complex(like me!) & many more!!!

Natural beauty, yes.
But prettier you & me, why not? :)

Virus attack

The doctor said I've caught a virus. But he was surprise that no one around me is/was sick.

Instead of panadol for my headache and fever, he given me ibuprofen.
Instead of lozenges for my sorethroat, he given me danzen. Good cos I don't like lozenges:)

All the anti-inflammation drugs!
Something different, and I hope it works:)
I must get well by today! Cos its killing me... I couldn't sleep well though I had been laying on the bed for hours.

Yesterday I want to get well soon cos today is my OFF day.

Now I hope tomorrow I will be still unwell because I don't feel good enough for work :P

But then again, it always go against my wish so I think I will be okay by tomorrow..

Too much fun..

I've not been blogging cos I was having too much fun! haha. To the extent, my body gave way and fell sick on my OFF day!! -.- Wasted a day.. I wanted to do alot of things today, like blogging. doing .gif images, surfed the net, maybe go eat swensen &sushi. haha. But I was so sick that I slept till evening today!

Now I'm much better, I shall blog! :D

Thursday.. met the girls for dinner after work & went kbox out of craziness.

We had too much HK cafe, must have something different.

Was in such a camwhore mood..

But Chan Lihao don't want to entertain me. haha

Kbox is having Ladies' night on Thursday! :) So we just need to buy a drink and we can sing for free! BUT have to pay for their expensive and "lao hong" tidbits-.-

S$7 for one bowl!

HAHAHAHAHAAHA.

Then Friday went supper till so late, and Saturday I need to work so I didnt sleep at all!

Saturday wanted to go clubbing but I was too tired! haha.

And Sunday went dinner & supper till late again!

Finally Monday I was unwell and today I was sick :(

ohhhhhhh, I want more fun leh~

Proud to be a scrub nurse

I was looking through my old posts for something then I saw this!

I wrote that "I dont want to be a scrub nurse. Dont want to be working in operating theatre"

What a remark! haha. But now I am a scrub nurse in MOT :)

And so far, its good working there.

From Taipei to Singapore.

The last day of our Taiwan trip we woke up earlier so we can have mac breakfast and walked around a little while more :)

Their mcmuffin is pork meat! How can Singapore mcmuffin, which is chicken meat, and Taiwan mcmuffin(pork meat) tasted like the same when they used different meat?!
