i always think i am still 18 years old
tht's why i blogged wishing Alvin happy 18th birthday-.-
no wonder i felt tht my post got something wrong
but i dont know what is weird about it .
Until this afternoon, Lihao msged me
"Norin ah... Alvin 19yrs old le.. Nt 18."
then i realised i am not 18 alr !!!!!! :O
ok .. 19years old isnt bad as well.


this morning we have BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) class
and today is CPR !
First time we practice, and omg its sure is hard
Not th assessment part for th CPR
Not th counting 5cycles of 6times "1 and 2 and 3 and 4 and 5"
But its th strength needed for th chest compression !
and th luck of getting th air into th dummy's "lungs"
we have got criteria and passing range .
A paper will be printed out from a machine
which will show us how hard we compressed,
how much we breathed out to th dummy,
th frequent rate we pressed etc etc.
And everything have to be done by 130secs

Today's 1st try-out , i failed! cos didnt compressed hard enough! ):
Alr pressed super hard, my hands are red&PAIN from th pressing
really pain!)': but cannot stop ..
argggghhh, jiayou! I will practice more!!

Lastly is my group fyp presentation(:
I think it went well ~ yeah!
